Can I set up an automatic payment?

You can absolutely set up automatic payments for your Jeanne D’Arc credit cards. There are several ways you can sign up:

  • Online Banking Transfer: In Online Banking, you can set up a transfer from your Jeanne D’Arc Checking or Savings account to your credit card. These payments are reflected in your accounts immediately. You can also schedule the payment to be made on a future date of your choosing.
    • Once logged into the account select “Money Movement” from the top nav and then click “Transfers”.
    • From here you can select the To/From Account, Desired Amount, and schedule the date and frequency of the transaction.
  • Online or Mobile Banking AutoPay: You can also set up AutoPay within Online and Mobile Banking.
    • In Online Banking, click on your credit card
    • Click on “View Transactions” and then select the “Payments” tab near the top of the screen.
    • On the right side of your screen will be a section labeled AutoPay, which be default will be turned “Off”. To change this to AutoPay, click on the button below that labeled “Manage”.
    • Fill the form that populates with your preferred payment amount, date, and the account the payment will be withdrawn from.
    • NOTE: AutoPay may take up to 2 billing cycles to start. Payments will be made on the due date selected, but it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to be reflected in the account the funds are withdrawn from.
  • Card Manager: You can also set up recurring payments through Card Manager in Online and Mobile Banking.
    • In Online Banking, click on your credit card
    • Click on the “Accounts” tab and then “Jeanne D’Arc Card Manager”
    • Navigate to your credit card
    • Click on “Make a Payment” and then “Autopay”
    • Fill the form that populates with your preferred payment amount, date, and the account the payment is withdrawn from.
    • NOTE: AutoPay may take up to 2 billing cycles to start. Payments will be made on the due date selected, but it may take up to 3 business days for the payment to be reflected in the account the funds are withdrawn from.
