Consumer & Home Equity Loan Payment Deferrals (Skip-A-Pay)
Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union is offering a Skip-A-Pay option with no fee to provide members with flexibility during this time. Choose to skip a payment on any of your current consumer loans (New/Used Auto, MoneyStrong Build/Rebuild, Personal, Motorcycle, RV/Boat, Home Equity Loan (HELOAN).
A special loan up to $2,500 to assist with cash flow. Your first payment is due after 90 days. Apply online or call the Member Contact Center at 978.452.5001. For members who do not qualify other solutions may be available.

Loan Payment Relief
If you would like to skip a payment on your mortgage or home equity line of credit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, property address, and best way to contact you in the email. We will be in touch with instructions on the next steps to complete the process.
